Sino-Euro Capital launched a new private equity fund in Hangzhou, Siling Investment Fund, which focuses on investment in high growth companies with global technology contents. Joining hands with the government of Yuhang Economic-technological Development Area, the new fund will facilitate building an international entrepreneurial park in Hangzhou Yuhang District that will host talents from around the globe.
